1. About Our Store

Virelix sells STEM educational toys, learning games, robotics, science experiment sets, coding toys, and related educational products online. We ship to addresses in the United States and select international regions shown at checkout. All sales are one-time purchases — we do not sell recurring subscriptions or auto-renewing product plans.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate contact and shipping information. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

3. Product Information

We work to keep titles, photos, specifications, and prices accurate. Manufacturer packaging may differ slightly from images. If a listing error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm, adjust, or cancel before shipping.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships or when we send a confirmation email, whichever comes first.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is collected in full at checkout through our secure payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• We may cancel or limit quantities on orders we suspect are fraudulent or that violate brand purchase policies.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy. Electronics, robotics kits, and sealed consumable science materials have additional condition requirements listed there.

7. Email and Marketing

Newsletter and promotional emails are optional. You may subscribe on our homepage or during registration by checking the box. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link inside the message or by updating preferences in your account. Order and shipping emails are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

Products are sold for lawful personal, household, and educational use. Follow manufacturer instructions, age guidelines, and safety warnings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Virelix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not use our website to transmit malware, scrape inventory at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation. We may block IP addresses or accounts that abuse the service.

10. Intellectual Property

Site content, logos, and design are owned by Virelix or our licensors. Brand names of STEM kits and educational products belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy site content for commercial use without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
